Diabets Disease kya hai ?-
Guys India mein suger ka ratio ap dekoge to or country se khi jayda hai! india ko Diabets ka Capital kaha jata hai kyuki yaha pr suger k pasent itne jayda hai ki aap jante hai hr 3rd person suger ka marij hai ! Guys Suger rog tb hota hai jab hamre body ka blood mein suger ya glucose ki matra ka level bahut jayda ho jata hai ! Khana kane se hamre body ko glucose milta hai or insulin ( harmon) glucose ko body ki kosikao(cells) mein jane mein help krta hai taki cells ko takat mil saki !

Diabets Level Kitna Hona Chaiye?-
“Guys aajkl ki lifestyle or environment k chalte kahi rog ho rahe hai uni mein se ek rog Diabets ( suger) aam rog deka jata hai .jo ki hamre body ki blood suger / blood glucose ki matra k badne se ho jata hai ! Guys hamre sarir mein jaruri urja/ takat ka source hamra blood gulcose hai” !
“Body mein mojood pancreas (अग्नाशय) insulin banata hai ! Jo hum khana khate hai insulin us glucose Ko apki cells tk pahuchata hai jise body ko urja(Energy) milte hai !
Kahi bar apka saris insulin sahi se nahi bana pata hai” !

- बिना डायबिटीज(शुगर) वालो का Level-
*सुबह (खाली पेट)- Suger level – 100mg/dl ( से कम)
*खाने से पहले (दिन रात में)-110mg/DL से कम
*खाने के 2 घंटे के बाद-140mg/dl से कम
*रात को सोते समय-120mg/dl से कम
- Diabetes Pasent/शुगर वालों का Level-
*सुबह (खाली पेट)suger level-70-130mg/dl
*खाने से पहले ( दिन रात में)-70-130mg/dl
*खाने के 2 घंटे के बाद -180mg/dl से कम
*रात को सोते समय -90-150 mg/dl
- गर्भावस्था महिलाओं का शुगर लेवल-

-खाना खाने से पहले ( दिन रात में)-60-90mg/dl
-रात खाना खाने के 1 घंटे के बाद-100-120mg/dl
note- Pregnancy k time Pe Suger tbi tk rahta hai jab tk Pregnancy na ho jaye uske bad ye thik ho jata hai ! Lekin suger type 2 hone ka katra bad jata hai isliye suger chek krwa le !

“Diabetes Hone Pr (Type 1) or (Type 2 k ) symptoms ek jaise ho sakte hai! Diabetes k starting symptoms blood or urine mein glucose ki matra badne se related hote hai !

घाव या कटने पर देरी से भरना,उल्टी,धुंधला दिकना,

1-Type 1 Diabetes-

Type1 diabetes mein body insulin nhi bante hai ! Or body ki Immune System ( प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली) pencreas (अग्नाशय) mein mojood un cells ko katam krte hai jo insulin banate hai,ye problem Usually Children and youth mein deki jate hai And kise v age ki human ko ye ho sakta hai.Type1 diabetes mein person ko jinda rahne k liye insulin ka upyog krna pdate hai ye suger bahut hi katarnak hota hai.!
2- Type2 Diabetes-

Type 2 diabetes mein body ya to insulin nahi bana pate ya fir body insulin ka sahi se use nhi kr pate hai ! Ye diabetes kise v age mein k person ko ho sakta hai.yaha tk ki childhood mein v ye deka gaya hai ! Ye mostly Middle aged /Old people persons mein deka jata hai !
3- Gestational Diabetes-

‘Gestational Diabetes ye kahi female ko Pregnancy k doran hota hai ! Par ye kuch time tk hi rahta hai yani jab tk delivery puri nhi hote ye tb tk hi female ko rahta hai or thik v ho jata hai ! Iske bad type 2 diabetes hone ka risk bad jata hai .or Type 2 suger Pregnancy mein v ho sakta hai !

suger ko control krne k liye apko apna khana pina manag krna hoga ex- aap apne diet mein karela,joo,Gehu,haldi,kali mirch,lahsun,blueberry,jamun.etc kahye.or normal rice k badle mein . pake hue rice use kre or jo kaf( घी, दही,चावल,) ko badaye unse bache !
Guys diabetes mein Exercise ka bahut bada kam hai .guys diabetes mein daily km se km 1-2 Gante exercise krne chaiye ex- Arobic,Jimastic,tairaki.fast joging, kafi faydemand hote hai ! Ager aap bahr nhi ja sakte hai to ghr pe hi aap halki exercise kr sakte hai.yanki jaise kam etc kr sakte hai !

- inme kahi tarah k vitamin or Minerals hote hai jo body k liye ache hote hai !
- Fruit ka aadik sewan kare- banana,orange etx
- Dairy Product use kare- Fat km krne wala milk,etc
